NYC Meet Up

This is why I need a friend that would appreciate going to the HelloHarto meet up. Because I just told my dad that it was now on a different day and got really annoying than asked why we were going. When I told him it was a volunteer meet up and we would do charity work his responds was “I’m driving an hour to do charity” he doesn’t get it and its really pissing me off. Maybe I wont go to the meet up because I know that he will be the one that is complaining to everyone and I don’t want to ruin anyone else’s time. I just wish that I could do things on my own I mean I’m 20 years old and I can barley go anywhere by myself because of my social anxiety it just sucks. Which he does understand that going to something like this might actually help because there is a common interest in at least one thing and that could make it easier for me to start to talk to people.
